Comments: Never thought I could find so much out there about game shows. It's great!!
Comments: Really nice layout you've got here! I especially enjoyed the nice rare pictures of original tickets to a number of the shows. I've got JPEGs of a couple of rare tickets from ABC's Password and CBS's The Joker's Wild and other stills of g me shows! If you wish to add them to your pages, get in touch w/me, and please visit my TV Web Shrine. Later!
| Comments: Really nice layout you've got here! I especially enjoyed the nice rare pictures of original tickets to a number of the shows. In fact, here're a couple of rare gems I've collected for you to add to your pages:
|
Comments: Good site. It is sad to see all the classic game show episodes being destroyed by morons at the networks. I'll look at NBC. They destroy Concentration, Hollywood Squares, Jeopardy! and several other classics. However, they keep Choose Up Sides. What gives? If NBC used their heads and kept these episodes for syndication to GSN, they would have had enough money to keep football.
Comments: I've tried out for game shows before. I was lucky enough to get on the Wheel of Fortune in 1996.
Comments: Cool site you have. I'm just wondering if you know of any way to get copies of the game shows that are traded around. I would love to get copies that are left of the original "Hollywood Squares" and perhaps even whatever there is of "The Magnificent Mar le Machine", just to see how goofy that show really was. I was only about four years old when it was on, but I vaguely remember it. Keep those updates and pictures coming.
Comments: 26 Years of TV Game Show from the 50's 60's 70's 80's 90's. I love to catch the game shows from A to Z.
Comments: Great page Alliaume. Some pics would be good.
Comments: Great site! Great information!
Comments: U rule man! :-D
Comments: I rememeber seeing the CBS game shows in 1975 "The Price is Right", "The Joker's Wild", "Musical Chairs", "Spin Off", "Give-N-Take", "Now You See It", "Gambit", and "Tattletales" on an ABC affilite in Washington, D.C. Odd, isn't it?
Comments: What a FUN site! I will chevk back in often!
Comments: I was 4 years old in 1975, so I grew up with game shows. They have always been a source of learning, entertainment, and fun. Match Game is my favorite one on the list. Next is the Price is Right. I also like Password, Tattletales, and the $10,000 Pyramid, plus Let's make a deal. Your page is the best! Keep up the good work.

Comments: YEE HA!!!! Fab site! Yo Curty.
Comments: Hey, remember me from St. Martin's? I got married last year, hence the new last name. I'm about to delve into your site, so I have no comment as of yet. Been in touch with Judes and she gave me the address.
Comments: I sure enjoy reminiscing about those good old days of TV! Life was simpler back then - all I had to worry about was a history exam the next day. Thanks for a great website.
Comments: Killer site, man! I'm relieved to know I wasn't the only one out there basking in the lights, bells and whistles that were 1975 daytime TV, although I think we should devote some resources to hunting down the idiot(s) that went decided that erasing class c Password and Split Second was a good idea. Better yet, let's put him/her in his/her own game show ... call it "Run For Your Life".
Comments: Woo hoo! Another anonymous message for Curt.
Comments: Wow, I used to get a dose of your encyclopedic game show knowledge each time you'd walk a ms. to my office, years ago. Now I can get my fix right over the ol' web! Life is good!!

Comments: Yee ha! Let's leave anonymous messages in Curt's guest book!
Comments: 1975. What a year for game shows! I was 12 years old going on 13, & there were so many shows I played along with at home. I just couldn't wait to grow up so I could be a contestant on some of them, & meet some of the hosts I was worshipping from afar. Boss webpage, Curt!
Comments: Terrific page. Nice to see a page chock full of opinions actually gets updated (ahem, Mandel Ilagan).
Comments: The site is looking good! I'm sure the game show groupies will be flocking soon...
